At XSpotGo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund in the following situations:

The product delivered is damaged or defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The item is missing from the order.

The product is expired or unsafe to consume.
Return requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery items) unless damaged or incorrect.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Items purchased under special offers or clearance sales.
3. Refund Process
Once the return request is verified:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before the vendor starts processing the order. Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
